We allow you to create pre-paid return labels for your customers, if you choose to offer that as part of your return policy. Any orders that are returned to our warehouses are inspected within 24 business hours and you will receive all the details on the products returned, their status etc. We will put the inventory back in stock, discard it or send it back to you, based on the direction you provide.
